This week, we continue our series by going deeper into a few subjects that both pertain to receiving the sacrament of penance and are at the same time stand-alone topics.  Our first such topic will be to define the reality of “contrition,” showing how sorrow over sin expressed as contrition includes more than our expression of emotions.
